What is a Health Walk? – Health Walks are short, safe, social, fun and accessible low level walks led by trained volunteers. Health Walks are a supportive and welcoming way for you to start to enjoy the many benefits of being physically active.
Aging Well are offering two Health Walks for people to enjoy as part of the North Berwick Coastal Walking Festival. Both walks start at 10.30 on Saturday 7th August, from the meeting point at the entrance to the North Berwick Lodge grounds. All are welcome but please note that you will need to register beforehand with Aging Well. Contact Parvine on 07718117585 or pjazayeri@eastlothian.gov.uk for more details.
Walk 1. A short walk of around 30 minutes on a fairly flat route around the North Berwick Lodge grounds. This walk is ideal for those who like to take things a little slowly.
Walk 2. This is a longer walk, around an hour in length, that provides a great opportunity for a natter while enjoying a good walk in the North Berwick Lodge grounds and beyond.
